The Mission of The Denver Rotary Club Foundation (“Foundation” or “DRCF”) is to participate actively in the diverse life of our community through the grants it makes each year. The Foundation’s grants emphasize our belief in the promise and value of youth and education, affirming our commitment to the humanitarian goals of Rotary.

Our Club’s Foundation provides opportunities for members of Rotary and our community to give the resources and support to our youth to realize their potential. Donations are used to fund a broad breadth of grants primarily focused on talented but underserved youth in the Denver community.

For over a century, the Rotary Club of Denver has been dedicated to helping others in our community and throughout the world. Much of the Club’s philanthropic work is accomplished through the Denver Rotary Club Foundation (DRCF), an incorporated, charitable and tax-exempt organization founded in 1969, becoming an important charitable resource for many in need.

The DRCF has one major fundraising event each year in addition to our fall Peach Sale.  Most notably, the Club sponsored the successful Artists of America show for twenty years until 2000, and the national prestigious Branch Rickey Award from 1992-2014. The annual Peach Sale occurs in August each year and features fresh Colorado peaches. It is a great gift for friends and business associates. Most recently, we have enjoyed fundraising with Fellow Rotarians in the District and members of the community through the Woohoomanity Challenge...now known as "Cycling to Serve".  Watch for further information on all our future fundraising events.

Since its inception in 1969, our Foundation has distributed millions to fund important local and international programs. In 2023-24, DRCF is sponsoring 15 organizations that nurture, educate and enrich the lives of young people, as well as donated relief to three local and national disasters.
