What is the new member process?

Your sponsor will ask you to complete a member application and return it, along with the initiation fee, to the Rotary Club of Denver office. You will be notified by email once the office receives your application. Your application is then submitted to the Membership Committee for review, and your name is shared with all members in our weekly newsletter. If the Membership Committee does not receive any objections, your application is then submitted to the board of directors for approval at the next scheduled meeting.

You are notified immediately once your membership is approved. Your sponsor will introduce you to club members during the next regular Thursday club lunch meeting that works for you both. At this meeting, you will receive a new member packet with information about the club, as well as your name badge.
