For nearly a century, the Rotary Club of Denver has been dedicated to helping others in our community and throughout the world. Much of the Club's philanthropic work is accomplished through the Denver Rotary Club Foundation (DRCF), an incorporated, charitable and tax-exempt organization founded in 1969, becoming an important charitable resource for many in need.
There are twelve members of the Board of Trustees, all of whom are members of the Foundation and members of the Club. Four are elected every two years and they serve six-year terms. In addition, the President and President Elect of the Club and the Executive Director of the Foundation are ex-officio members of the Board of Trustees, as well as Club Committee Chairs, such as the Rotary Foundations Support Chair, as the Board feels is appropriate.
